About Ribea

Most gardening advice assumes a garden.

Ribea publishes digital guides for people growing in the space they actually have: a windowsill, a balcony, a few pots by the back door.

What we publish

Small-space growing, explained in plain steps.

Open almost any gardening book and it quietly assumes beds, borders and a shed. That is not much use if what you have is a kitchen window and a two-metre balcony.

Ribea guides are written for containers and sills from the first page. They cover what to grow, what to grow it in, and what to do each week — in the order you will need it.

Everything we sell is a digital eBook. There are no printed books and nothing is shipped.

How we write

Three rules for every guide.

  1. Scale comes first

Advice is measured in pots and windowsills. If a method only works with a garden, it does not go in.

  2. Sequence over volume

A short guide in the right order is more useful than a long one you have to untangle. Each chapter covers one decision or one job.

  3. Plain English

Short sentences, specific instructions, and an explanation of why — so you can adapt the advice to your own conditions.

What we will not do

A few promises about what you will not find here.

  • No guaranteed harvestsGrowing depends on light, climate, season and care. Results vary, and we say so.
  • No invented reviews or ratingsYou will not see made-up testimonials or star scores on this site.
  • No false urgencyDigital guides do not run out. There are no countdown timers or fake stock warnings.
  • No health or nutrition claimsOur guides are about growing plants. They are general educational material, not professional advice.
